S700 米家 电动剃须刀 （S700 Mijia Electric Shaver）
这款产品是与小米设计团队共同设计的产品。其产品应用的技术为陶瓷刀，无刷电机等等。当时在构思这款产品的时候，为了与上一代产品S500剃须刀系列化，故整体产品的外观风格以及工艺做了整体升级。当然，在外观工艺这块儿，也是成本高，且工艺较为复杂的，尤其实在铝合金机身上面，下面会介绍这个产品工艺的难易点。

When conceiving this product at that time, in order to be serialized with the previous generation product S500 razor, the overall appearance, style and craftsmanship of the overall product were upgraded. Of course, in terms of appearance craftsmanship, the cost is also high and the craftsmanship is more complicated, especially on the aluminum alloy body. 桶身部分： 因为整体形态是不规则形，有曲线弧度。所以需要用到大体量的油压机拉伸而成，因为背部弧度的原因，金属容易破裂，在跟工厂研究的过程中也是调节了非常多的设备参数还有模具最终保证了良率（在做类似金属桶身产品，有弧度的都要考虑到工厂的实际能力，技术不同效果也不同，这是要评估的一个点）。

这款产品的图标，是用激光微孔技术，通过密集的孔来展示灯光的效果。因为加了这个工艺，致使其工艺顺序增加了很多步骤
，在成型后，先进行冲压以及CNC，然后抛光表面，在进行打磨、喷砂、激光微孔、阳极氧化（氧化前需要做特殊处理清除掉微孔里面的碎渣防止堵孔），然后在填胶（需要在胶水里增加散光粉），这样既可以防止堵孔又可以优化亮灯效果。

刀头部分的主要工艺是PVD仿陶瓷电镀，这个工艺的好处是电镀出来的效果会有陶瓷般细腻的质感同时又不会像纯电镀那样极致的光亮，是个很能体现质感的工艺，适合售价高的电子产品品类。
其实这款产品在整体设计制造过程中呢，ID、CMF这块儿需要去跟不同的工厂跑下制作流程，这样在后续的限度样以及优化换代的产品上，去决定选择不同成本价格工艺去搭配产品细节，毕竟最终得产品落到消费者手里，除了技术上面的优化，最终体现出来的效果，以及这个价格锻的产品工艺是否优于其他品牌产品，是我们要仔细考虑的事情。
